Be one of the first to stay at this newly constructed Frank Ponce build. This lovely little oasis is located in Centro Merida so getting to all the places you want to enjoy is very easy. A three minute cab ride will take you to the Main Square where you will find shops, restaurants, churches and museums. Enjoy a quiet day by the pool our go out and enjoy the many activities Merida has to offer. From here you can access cenotes, flamingos, beaches and a variety of festivals to name a few.

The space
The Lily Pad is a Casita which is a little house with a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. It is located at the back of the property which makes it quiet space. In the morning you will be served a delicious breakfast on the covered deck in front of the casita. There is a bar fridge for any drinks you want to keep cool so you can enjoy them by the pool. The pool is 4 to 5 feet deep with a sitting area inside the pool. The Lily Pad has aircondition but due to the high ceiling and the breezeway that offers amazing air flow it is not often needed. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am.
We have purchase a high end queen, gel bed for you to enjoy one of the best sleeps in mexico. The bed is also grounded so you will find yourself waking re-engergized and relaxed.
If you are looking for a place with a kitchen check out the Main which is also located on the property https://www.airbnb.ca/rooms/31433852
Si quieres disfrutar de la pura vida en Mérida, ven a alojarte en el Lily Pad.

Guest access
There are 3 units on the property and all the guests have a shared main entrance and then they split off to their individual units.
The two other units are one bedroom apartments with kitchens. The Treehouse is on the second floor offering scenic views of the city as well as a wonderful cool breeze. The Main Floor one bedroom apartment has 16 foot ceilings offering a colonal feel with modern comforts.
There is also a delightful pool area with seating and a lounge chairs. A garden area is in the process of being added as well.

Other things to note
The activity that I most enjoy here is visiting the cenotes. I have gone to over 20 cenotes now (there are over 2000 in the Yucatan) and I would happy to help you choose the one that is right for you. They are all quite amazing and unique. I never get tired of visiting them. I can help you to book a group tour or private tour to any of them or if you want to book a car and see them on your own I have a car rental company that offers my clients deals. Other fun activities are the Pink Flamingo tour in Celestun, the many ruins as well as the Chocolate museum to name a few. I would be happy to sit and discuss the many options you have to fill your time here in Merida.

Hello, As a host I like to let my client dictate the amount of interaction required. I have lived In Merida for one year now so I do know a few little interesting nooks and crannies to explore. However I do respect if someone wants to find their own little gems. I do have 2 dogs Sammy and Joey. As a responsible pet owner I do not take other pets as Sammy is protective can be territorial with other animals but she is absolutely wonderful with people of all ages. If you are looking for someone to show you the cenotes in the area I can arrange group or private tours for you so just let me know what you are looking for. Pura Vida Ellen
