Charming, updated and large California bungalow-style house filled with light and color in a safe and beautiful neighborhood super close to Universal Studios, Warner Bros, and just a hop over the hill to the West side or a short jaunt on the freeway to Downtown LA. Great location for walking to yoga/pilates studios, coffeehouses, cafes and parks, and for catching the Metro. Enjoy a daily vegan breakfast while relaxing in the sunroom or outside on the deck overlooking the beautiful backyard.

Great space. Only stayed 2 nights. I was away most of the time. I rated 3 stars because I was injured while there. Front sidewalk, made of disconnected concrete slabs, caused me to trip, fall and caused a serious foot injury, now requiring at least a 2-week recovery time.
