• Mini golf, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, ping pong, shuffleboard, and lakeside hammocks.
• Fully equipped Fitness Center with massage and spa services.
• Terra Verde Tiki Bar & Grill.
• Adult-only outdoor lounge, outdoor fitness equipment.
• Walking trails, sauna, lounge, and complementary coffee.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the house and the amenities of Terra Verde Resort, including the Clubhouse, natural lakes, and all facilities. Once you sign our Renter Agreement and security deposit hold for damages, you are all set! Three days prior to your arrival we ill send you the address, gate entry form, door code, and check-in instructions.

Each car must pay a 1-time entry fee to the community of $25. You can park for free for the full length of your stay. You can bring up to 4 cars to park at the house. For extra cars, there is parking near the clubhouse.

Other things to note
For peace of mind, 24hr access to Terra Verde Resort is controlled through a Swipe Card Entry system.
