Modern, trendy decor, real old-port style loft with high ceilings and huge windows. In the very heart of Old MTL (old port). Short walking distance to some of the best restos, nightclubs, historical sites and family activities in the city, most no more than a block or two away. One block east of the historic Place Jacques-Cartier. Close to everything but still quiet (you'll hear the bells of Bonsecours chapel from the sofa but only during the day). Doesn't get more central than this!

The space
Automated, voice activated entertainment (Netflix/Roku etc.) and mood lighting (Google home). Beautifully furnished space with local artist's work and a selection of my photographs. Small balcony with seating for 2. Washer/dryer in the hall. Fully equipped kitchen with oven and range. Free parking available (see "Other things to note" below for details).

You could spend a weekend here and never leave the block, Le Bremner (sadly closed since covid), Club Chasse et peche, La Champagnerie (now called Maison St-Paul) are top-rated restaurants and lounges. Check for a table on the terrace of the Salumi Vino (great Italian) from your balcony (tell Mario Sean sent you), Best Italian coffee shop in the city is the downstairs neighbour (Café Mercanti), Frank, Ron and Christine are amazing and do try the spicy veg sandwich. New restaurant called LOAM just opened, with great ambiance, trendy vibe and outstanding food, turn right out the door, cross the street and you're there! they also have a great Brunch! My personal favorite is an unassuming place on St-Paul called “Tiers Paysage”, simply an outstanding culinary experience and actually quite reasonably priced. About a 7 min walk west on st-Paul (22 St-Paul East). If you would like to dine where the gorgeous and trendy montrealers go, try “Fish Bone” on a Thursday nite, fusion sushi menu is outstanding but you really have to reserve a few days before. About a 15 min walk west (left out the door) along Notre-Dame street. Say hi to Fabio!
