A beautiful double room in maisonette style on the 1st floor and in the attic of an idyllic rear building in the trendy Frankfurt Nordend, in the immediate vicinity of the underground, tram and bus as well as countless cafés, pubs and restaurants. The charming house is over a hundred years old and about 150 square meters large. It is located in the backyard of a Wilhelminian style building and is therefore totally quiet despite its proximity to urban life. The room on the 1st floor has a good 16 sqm, plus 2.5 sqm each for bathroom and balcony. In the attic there are also a little more than 16 sqm, but here the room height is between 2.44 m and 1 m. The stairs between the two rooms are very steep (see photos). Both rooms are very bright, the upper one with a large skylight and the lower one with a very large window and a terrace door to the balcony. This has a sitting area with table and 3 chairs, ideal on beautiful evenings. To the bath one must cross a short piece the upper living-room of the hosts. It has a tropical rain shower, washbasin and toilet.
