Nestled in a Fully Operational Cherry Orchard with spectacular Okanagan Lake / Mountain views, at the border of Penticton & Naramata, the top level of our Cherry Barn has been finished to luxury standards. Perfect for multiple couples or families (Sleeps 10). Wine-Tasting, Beaches & the KVR Trail are a short ride away. Agri-tourism tours & U-Pick available during Harvest. Stroll through the orchard, visit our private waterfall, enjoy the sunsets & discover all that the region has to offer.

The space
The Upper Level of the Barn has an Open Concept Living / Kitchen & Games Area, three Bedrooms and a dedicated Dining Room. The entire level (2800 SqFt) is finished with distressed Hardwood & Tiled Floors. The gourmet Kitchen with Granite Countertops & Breakfast / Entertainment Bar includes stainless steel appliances: Fridge, Wall Oven, Induction Cooktop, Dishwasher and is Fully equipped: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Glasses & Dishes, Utensils, Pots/Pans, Roaster, Cookie Sheets, Cake Pans, Blender/Mixer, Waffle Iron, etc.
The Bathroom features a Large walk-in tiled shower and is equipped with a Stacked Washer / Dryer laundry facility.
Central Heating & Air Conditioning are included.

Guest access
Upon arrival, proceed via a gravel driveway through the left gates down to the barn and up the ramp to the top level where your accommodation entrance is located. Parking on the upper level is exclusively for AirBnB guests.

Other things to note
For those with Pets, a one-time per stay fee for additional cleaning of $35 for the first pet and $20 for each additional pet is applicable. Our pet policy is available upon request.

Neighbourhood highlights

CC Orchards is a great base to venture out and sample all the wines that the Naramata Bench has to offer as well as being less than 10 minutes by car to either the Village of Naramata or the City of Penticton. Naramata Village provides a few family friendly beaches, yoga, kayak, paddle board & bike rental, plus excellent pizza, coffee & pub fare. Penticton has pretty well everything else you’d need from a larger urban centre. Make sure you visit the Penticton Farmer’s Market which is operational every Saturday morning on Main Street from 8:30 to 1:00 (April to October) for a real treat.

Joseph (FJ) & Patricia (FJW) own & operate a cherry orchard in Naramata BC, Canada. With a panoramic view overlooking Lake Okanagan and nestled between a natural waterfall and a gully, the orchard is a peaceful and quiet slice of paradise that we have retired to. Joseph, spurred by the memories of his youth picking cherries in the Niagara Peninsula purchased the orchard in 2007. While others in the valley convert their orchards to vineyards, keeping the tradition of Okanagan cherries alive is our desire.
