Prime Location, 2 km from ski hills & golf courses / 500 m to lake access with boat launch and a small local beach. Walking distance to the only grocery store within 10 km, convenient yet private

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably / 2 closed bedrooms on the main floor / Additional open lower-level area with bunk beds / 2 bathrooms with showers / Washer & dryer

You will have access to the whole house : main floor, lower level

The upper patio doors are locked and they do not open.

Water is filtered for the whole house. Drinkable

Septic System - toilet paper cannot be flushed on the upper floor toilet. Also, please do not throw hygiene products, hair, dental floss and other items cannot be flushed in both toilets. Thank you for your cooperation.
