Doris was so quick to respond and made certain I was comfortable. The room was just as described, and it was really nice having a private shower so close. The location was perfect, as Alexander station is only a 10 minute walk, and from there you can easily get anywhere both within and outside of the city. It was also so nice of them to let me arrive late, and for Doris' son to have picked me up from the train station. Room was pretty hot, just because there weren't any windows to open, and it was unusually hot for Rotterdam. Doris did provide a fan however, so that helped. A fantastic and welcoming place to be! Definitely recommend.

Doris is very kind and communicative. She answered to our requests and questions very quickly. She is also flexible with the check in and check out time. She gave us foods, spices, hot chocolate and she even lent us her bicycles. The room is cleaned, spacious, accessible to the backyard, with comfortable beds and high speed wifi. Shared areas such as kitchen, washrooms and washing machine were available. The metro (where you could get to the city center within 20 minutes), train station (where you could go to Amsterdam within 1 hour) and the big shopping center (Alexander) were 15 minutes of walk or 8 minutes of biking from the house. It took us around 35 minutes to bike to the city center, but our butts had suffered a lot from that experience.

I had a nice stay at the house from Doris. There is a big kitchen with all the stuff you need. The people that live in the house were very friendly. The metro and a big shopping centre are only 10 Min. away.
