What a nightmare it´s been having you as guest Michiel. I still can´t believe I am writing this but in your case I have to, so anyone who ends up here realizes that your review is full of lies and ill-intentioned.
First of all I have to say that we are a family (father, mother and a son) who works really hard to rent all this properties, lots of savings and efforts to give the best service we can. A guest who is not having a good time or feeling uncomfortable in one of our properties is a big problem for us. As you can imagine we are not looking to lie to any of our guest as you are explaining in your review:
- The apartment is as at shown on the pictures and described in the advertisement. You should read before booking as you won´t have surprises when you get there. Only with the first call, when you arrived to the property asking if the apartment was beachfront, I realized you booked without reading the description or even watching at the pictures.
- We do supply toilet paper, soap, towels and linens. Some guests may find coffee or tea (from the last guest) but we don´t supply that as you can read on the ad.
- We brought you the extra set of keys within a few hours.
- About the "bad smell" if it really exist which now I doubt it, we brought you an air freshener and of course we suggested to open the window which is not locked.
You don´t mention though, that we have been in contact throughout your whole stay and that we did everything in our hands to make your stay more comfortable. Unfortunately you decided not to enjoy your stay "since the first minute".
