The space
The house I've been renovating for a few years. My idea is that the house will be renovated in an old and genuine still. Use materials that are organic and breathable, no plastic.
The rental part is limited to the downstairs. The upper floor is completely unfinished and will be the next renovation project.

Guest access
You have access to the house and do not share with anyone else, you have free access to the whole garden and its garden furniture. Magnificent views of the Skåne fields and joys that circle around the rooftop. The house is completely secluded and you will not be disturbed by traffic or loud music. Here you can relax and forget about time.

Other things to note
You are close to Gyllebosjön, easy to get around with both bike and car. If you want to go down to the dazzling white beaches, the easiest way is by car. Knäbäckshusen is about 15 minutes by car. There are shops to buy food in the neighboring village, a fully stocked ICA. Inside Simrishamn you have access to pharmacy and system store and larger grocery stores.

In the village of Östra Vemmerlöv, which is the closest, there is a possibility to take the bus from to Simrishamn or to Tomelilla and from there on to Lund and Malmö. In Gärsnäs there is a good food store that is well-stocked. Gyllebosjön is 5-10 minutes by car from the house. A cozy lake that is nice to go and take an evening swim in. To then get to the blind-white beaches, it is no more than 15 min by car.
In the neighboring village Rörum is the good restaurant Creperiet, fantastic food and nice staff. Otherwise, the whole of Österlen is at your feet, just enjoy.

Welcome to a beautiful genuine house in the most southern part of Sweden in the attractive area of Österlen. In between Komstad and Östra Vemmerlöv you'll find a house from 1920 delicately renovated. It's a very quiet and relaxing place with a splendid view of the green landscape.
