Large space with designer furniture, Art books, music ! In a multi ethnic district, only 10 minutes from Gare du Nord and with 3 different subway line. And 2 Velib station near by. Many cool little restaurants & cafés around !

The space
We love our place, where we usually live and we would like you to discover Paris in the true parisian way. You will have everything ready to just step in and enjoy :)

Located in the lively and fun Chateau Rouge district ( very ethnic district ) and 10 minutes walking to Montmartre, beautiful 450 sf flat, one bedroom, large windows/ view on historical private courtyard,small kitchen, huge living room to entertain, bathtub, art books, Wi FI, and a cosy work space.
We live here so it’s more personal than a basic rental space.

Kitchen: fridge, cooking plates, kettle, tea, nespresso machine and basic condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil vinegar) all included

Bedroom: Queen-size bed, dressing, iron (linens are provided)

Bathroom: bathtub, water closet, towels.

5 minutes to subway marcadet, line 4 ( the most convenient as it goes to Chatelet station in 10 minutes )
4 minutes to line 12
6 minutes to line 2

Boulangerie, supermarket, open air market, cinema etc...all at 1 minute from house

Check-in and check-out times are 12 and 3pm, but can be flexible when it is possible

The flat has to be left kind of how it is and not in a dirty or disorder.

The price includes everything (electricity, water, wifi Internet access) and there are no extra charges unless more cleaning would be needed after your stay.
