The space
Absolutely perfect waterfront property on peaceful Grass Lake with 152 feet of hard packed sandy shoreline and Southern exposure. This great family layout offers an open concept kitchen dining area, sunken living room overlooking the lake view as well as fire pit for evening bonfires and roasting marshmallows. A spacious master has private balcony and ensuite bathroom. 2 additional bedrooms on the main floor and full bath. Walkout deck has eating and bbq available. From May to October, the waterfront dock offers sunrise and sunset views as well as easy walk in access to water for swimming and other water activities. Variety of fishing options on both Grass and adjacent Loon lake (please follow local regulations). Shallow sandy shores allow for easy access for young and old alike. Floating swim raft for deep water activities.
Kitchen includes all essentials as well as microwave, toaster and coffee makers.
Guests are expected to bring their own bath and beach towels.
Adult lifejackets are provided.

Heading to the cottage can mean many different things to different people. Generally, this lake is used for small watercraft and you will see people paddling on the calm water. We are part of a two lake system and the boat dock is on Loon Lake. The best feature of our location is the gentle slope into the sandy shores of Grass Lake. Although the building itself is quite private, you will see neighbouring people if you are sitting out at the dock.
