Ground floor ocean front condo just steps across a quiet garden to the beach.. This condo and its two patio doors face the beach with a spacious lawn and garden in front. Building is beautifully cared for and is in one of the best locations in Mazatlan at the end of the beach next to El Cid Marina Beach Club. Very quiet and scenic. Beautiful pool, seasonal hot tub. Great seasonal restaurant with set meals on set days, high season lobby bar and store on site. Amazing sunsets!
The space
One bedroom condo that looks out over a beautiful lawn and palapas to the ocean. Bedroom and living room sliders open to a private patio. We are at ground level so if you walk out of the condo one direction you are steps to the beach, the other direction, you are steps to the pool and hot tub.
The building is beautifully cared for with very nice common areas and gardens, a gorgeous pool and hot tub area and two clay tennis courts. There is a beach terrace area where you can step onto the beautiful quiet sandy swimming beach. There is a very nice small grocery and convenience store on site that also sells home made salsa in the busy season. The lobby bar is run by a very friendly couple and the restaurant which is open in high season is well know for having great meals.
The condo has a full kitchen with a
gas stove and oven and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living room has a flat screen tv and cable. The condo has wifi and there is also wifi in the lobby. Laundry can be sent out for a very reasonable price.
Guest access
All of the space is available to guests including pool, seasonal hot tub, beach patio, clay tennis courts, gardens, restaurant, lobby bar.
Other things to note
Restaurant, lobby bar and store are only open during fall, winter and early spring. Hot tub is only open fall, winter and early spring. Pool is open year round.
Guests are required to follow the building’s regulations given to guests at check-in.
Guests must wash and put away dishes, throw away or give perishable food to the maids, and empty garbage before checking out.
The building only provides bath towels for two people which are changed once a week and only provides one roll of toilet paper per week and no soap so guests are advised to bring their own or purchase more from a nearby store if needed.
No hanging items over the balcony. Only 4 people allowed to stay in the condo. Pets are not allowed.
Note that during the months of May through mid October, there may be construction in and around the building. There is no construction in the high season November through April.
Before check in guests must fill in a Permission to Occupy Form which will be submitted to the front desk so that they will allow the guest to check in. The host will send this form to the guest. It asks names of guest, home address, email address and emergency contact.
