The space

10 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to Stanley Park and Vancouver Aquarium, 15 minutes to Granville Island, and 30-45 minutes to the mountains! Bus routes right outside with the sky train 15 minute walk away!

This location is great with a neighborhood feel away from all the noise and hustle and bustle from downtown! Enjoy a spacious home with outdoor living space (A true GEM in the heart of Vancouver).

✔ Using germicidal disinfectant for the following high touch surfaces: door and window handles, cabinet and drawer handles, TV remotes and all light switches.
