Our beautiful suite of private rooms will accommodate up to 4 people. You can expect a very private, peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. A place that you can call 'Home' while being away from yours.

During this time, with the Coronavirus and the need for social distancing, Lisa & I would like to assure you that the Suite is completely yours and there is no shared space within the home. We take extra care in making sure you are in a safe, clean environment. Have safe travel's and stay healthy.

The space
It has it's own private parking area on the premises for one vehicle. There is parking on the West side of the street opposite of our house for other vehicles if needed. It has it's own private entrance in the back. The Suite consists of a bedroom with a comfy queen bed and closet space, a sitting room with a full/queen couch bed, a recliner chair, TV, and closet space. There is a separate full bath, a kitchenette that includes a convection microwave oven, toaster, Keurig coffee pot, Culligan drinking water and small fridge with freezer. We also have WiFi.

*We provide dishes and silverware, coffee K-cups, creamer, hot chocolate, and teas.

- If you are a Golfer, there are several public golf courses here in Faribault.
- If you are into hiking and/or bicycling; Faribault has a Nature Center with many
beautiful trails. Also several State Parks close by.
- We are just 5 minutes away from Shattuck Saint Mary's
- We are 25 minutes away from Saint Olaf and Carleton Colleges
- We are 45 minutes away from the Mall of America
- We are 50 minutes away from the International Airport

We are in a quiet golf course community in the historical city of Faribault, MN. We are close to downtown with many unique shops and restaurants. There are bike/walking paths, nature center, playhouse theater, state parks, distillery and many more fun places to visit. Other places near us are: Shattucks/St. Mary's, St. Olaf and Carlton colleges, Mall of America and MSP Int'l airport.

We moved here in 2015 with Lisa's mom, Sherry, who needed assistance with her Parkinson's disease. This house was perfect as it gave us the needed space, especially with Sherry’s caregivers coming and going. Unfortunately, we lost Lisa’s mom in 2017 and wanted to honor her; hence the name: "Sherry's Suite". We have traveled in the US and abroad and we can appreciate the need for a place that feels 'homey' while away. Our desire is to give you that 'homey' feeling along with privacy and comfort.
