Interaction with guests
I am available by phone or email most times should you need to contact me during your stay.
Other things to note
Check in is between (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) hrs. Please note late arrivals can be arranged free of charge providing this is agreed in advance. If guests arrive more than 1 hour later than arranged a fee of £5 per hour will be charged at the discretion of the landlord. This is to cover time and parking fees incurred. Please ensure you have travel insurance that will cover you for major delays or cancellations.
Please respect your neighbours at all times.
On your departure you need to take your bin to the black wheelie bin on the street. Access is available to this at all times and there is no restrictions. I do not take a cleaning deposit as I prefer to work on trust. All I ask is that you please leave the apartment tidy behind you.
Hi, as a Travel Counsellor, I am well travelled myself and have an eye for homely comfortable accommodation with character! I have worked in the Travel Industry for many years and love all things travel. I dive, ski, have climbed a few mountains and love animals. I also used to tread the boards in many a Scottish Musical Theatre show! I have 12 chickens and 2 lively Roosters at home! Not at the apartment though :-)
I look forward to welcoming you to my home and to Edinburgh. If you are travelling around Scotland I can perhaps help with your other arrangements, or can even help with flights and additional holidays!! Feel free to ask!
