No kitchen but we do have an 18 cu ft. fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & Keurig - Perfect for guests who do not wish to cook while travelling

We are licensed with the City of Campbell River (2024-2025 License #00106207) and fully compliant with BC Short Term Rental Legislation

Private larged covered patio, backyard lawn area and private suite.
There are no kitchen facilities but the large patio area can be used for outdoor cooking for those who wish to bring an outdoor/camping stove. The BBQ is not for guest use.

Other things to note
We have been including an additional storage room which has a large laundry tub, 18.3 CU FT fridge/freezer, Keurig and door to private porch. The BBQ is not for guest use.

Our home is in an executive neighborhood built on a ridge overlooking the coastal mountains, Discovery Passage & Quadra Island. We enjoy gorgeous sunrises, sunsets & watching cruise ships float by from late spring until early fall.

Here are a few other attractions that might be of interest:
• 5 minute walk to the beautiful Beaver Lodge Lands trails; home to birds and other critters.
• 5 minute drive to the 6 KM paved Seawalk along the Discovery Passage where you are likely to see bald eagles & possibly humpback whales, porpoise, sea lions, harbour seals or even orca!
• 15 minute drive to the breathtaking Elk Falls Provincial Park; the suspension bridge is a must see!
• 15 minute drive to Storey Creek & Campbell River Golf Clubs
• 35 minute drive to Mount Washington nordic, downhill ski & mountain biking
• 1 hour drive to Strathcona Provincial Park

My wife and I relocated from Ontario to Campbell River, BC in early 2017. In late 2018, construction was completed on our fully custom home. We take pride in our home and we carry that same attitude when we travel. My wife Angie is a physiotherapist and avid Mountain Biker. I am a Boat Captain with Big Animal Encounters Whale Watching and co-owner of an instructional wildlife photography company called Coastal Workshops.
