Elegant and modern studio recently renovated with fine finishes, in the heart of the historic center of Bologna. The space is optimally organized and has a fold-away bed ready for use and convenient to open, marble bathroom with a spacious shower, wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, air conditioning. The central location, just a few steps from Piazza Maggiore and the Due Torri will allow you to reach the main city attractions on foot!

The space
The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift, so it can be easily reached without having to climb any flights of stairs.
The apartment will be provided with towels and linens of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic necessities in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal tea, coffee).
Hot water is supplied by an 80l electric water heater. You can use it up to 3 consecutive times. Charging times are fast, about 3 hours for the entire boiler and we're back at 80 degrees.

Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.

Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
