Come enjoy a quiet, restful waterfront home on Birch Bay, the house is well appointed, large deck area for enjoying awesome sunsets and Bar-B-Q's The beach is quiet and there is the opportunity to fine crab, clams, starfish, etc.

The space
The main floor is open with high ceilings up to the sleeping loft.
Newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar area. There is a large dining table, couch, and TV in the area off the kitchen. The sun room off the living space allows for a good place to relax and watch the ever-changing view or curl up with a good book. Master bedroom features a queen-bed, TV; the room connects to the bathroom. The bathroom with shower and double sinks on the main level. NEW ADDITIONAL BATHROOM IN LARGE SHED WITH BATH/SHOWER TUB COMBINATON, TOILET AND SINK. Stackable front load washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the open and airy sleeping loft has twin beds, queen bed and double futon in a separate sleeping porch.
The large deck has ample room for leisurely dinners outdoors. Gas BBQ, heat lamps and fire pit make it a great place to gather all evening watching beautiful sunsets, gazing at the stars. Lawn area for relaxing, sunbathing and games.

Other things to note
Stairway to the beach ends on a wonderful, lightly traveled, long stretch of beach. Please note that the stairway and path to the beach is somewhat steep and anyone unstable on their feet must be accompanied. Not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs,
