Simply Stunning views from this resort style back yard. This beautiful vacation home is in the Prestigious Arrowhead Lake Community on the LAKE. Offering a sparkling private heated pool, private dock for fishing enjoyment. Also super close to Peoria Sports Complex. I can’t imagine a better place to spend my days and evenings.

The space
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a king size bed, flat screen tv, in the master suite, with a spa style bathroom. There is a jetted tub and separate shower with multiple heads. The other two bedrooms are nicely appointed with queen size beds and flat screen tv’s. The second bathroom is newly updated with tile and granite.
The bright beautiful open floor plan has views of the lake from the kitchen, family room and master bedroom. There is lots of seating in the family room and living room with sleeper sofas in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. A great space to prepare dinners to enjoy in your dining room or chose to din el fresco with the sunset and lake views. Meals shared with families and friends is where great memories are made.
It’s all in the location and this home couldn't get any better with super easy access to Spring Training in Peoria at the Sports Complex, Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson Car Action, TPC Scottsdale golf course host of the Phoenix Open as well as State Farm Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals, Coyote's Hockey Arena and Lake Pleasant Marina. This is just a few of the attraction close at hand. With the home being conveniently located near the 101 freeway it is super easy to access the entire Phoenix area. Westgate and Arrowhead Malls are simply less than 15 minutes away. Plus, there is many restaurants and grocery stores minutes away. There are many golf courses nearby with Arrowhead’s Legends Golf Course 5 minutes away. Thunderbird Mountain Conservation Area is a 5-minute walk from the home and is great for hiking and biking. There is a neighborhood park with a playground, sand volleyball court and basketball court, only a 2minute walk away.

RENTAL AGRREEMENT
This lease, entered into this _________ day of ______ 20___, between Jane and David Ferderer (“Owners”) and ______________________, “Renter” for the property located at 5235 W Tonopah Dr,Glendale, Arizona (“Property”).
1. TERM: The term of the lease shall begin on the arrival date of: _______________ and end on the departure date of _______________ for ___ number of nights. The property will be ready for occupancy no earlier than 4:00pm, on the arrival date and must be vacated no later than 11:00am on the departure date.
2. RENT: All payments and damage deposit will be collected through vrbo or Airbnb to complete reservation
3. LIMITED OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 persons. The house will not be rented to anyone under 25 years of age. If Owner concludes that this policy has been breached, the Owner reserves the right to expel the entire party with no refund.
4. NON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE: Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes.
5. CARE OF PREMISES/DAMAGES: NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING PERMITTED IN HOUSE. Automatic eviction plus forfeit of deposit and rent if violated. Renter agrees to pay Owner for any damages to furnishings, household items or pool that occur as a result of Renter’s occupancy.
6. OWNERS RIGHTS: Renter agrees that if the conditions and limitations set forth herein are not met, Owner shall have the right to cancel this agreement and may enter the Property, either by statutory proceedings or by force, to inspect the Property and ensure that Renter has vacated the Property. All monies paid by Renter shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
7. INDEMNITY CLAUSE: Renter herby agrees to Indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein. Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities including use of the private swimming pool on the Property and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto.
8. CANCELLATIONS and DAMAGE policy is what is stated through booking site
Renter and Owner, by signing this Rental Agreement, acknowledge that they will comply with the terms of this agreement and each assumes the responsibility for the obligations set forth herein. Renter acknowledges receipt of the House Rules. Renter acknowledges that they have read, accept, and agree to the terms set forth.
