Some info has been automatically translated.
They live in a quiet, simply but comfortably furnished semi-detached house with 80 m² of living space, garden and access to the Radau river. The house also includes a car parking space. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed and crib, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bedroom with a 140cm wide bed.
Ground floor contains kitchen, living room, and dining room.
The bathroom is located in the basement. Ideal for families with children.

The space
The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans in such a way that you can cook normally here. The stove has an oven, and the fridge-freezer combination also holds frozen food. A coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave are also available. In the bathroom, next to the large sink, there is a bathtub with a partition, so you can also shower. A separate shower is provided in the laundry room.

Guest access
Ideal in times of Corona: the house and garden are a locked area. You don't necessarily have contact with other people. Apart from two basement rooms for my personal belongings, use the fully furnished house. This is ideal for long-term guests. Contact-free check-in is possible on request.

Other things to note
The house sits on a traffic-calmed street, so it's very quiet nights. You can sit comfortably in the garden and, for example, barbecue or just enjoy the good weather. Garden chairs are provided.

I would like to point out that the city of Bad Harzburg charges a tourism tax of €2.60 per adult per night. The total amount is included in the travel price.
On the list of the most popular tourism cities in Germany, Bad Harzburg occupies the 36th place from 585 cities (study of the communal magazine 'Kommunal' and Regio Contor). Among other things, the number and occupancy of the guest beds and the leisure activities in general were reviewed. Important for the popularity of the spa town is certainly also the good transport connection. The cottage is located in the district of Bündheim cheaply to the A369 (B4) and the B6, so that you can very quickly reach the Oberharz (Torfhaus with hiking trail to the Brocken, the Okertal), Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg as well as Wolfenbüttel and Braunschweig.
