Brand new sparkling clean duplex located in Mayerthorpe, Alberta, only 25 minutes away from Whitecourt on the 4-lane highway and an extensive snowmobiling trail system. Great place to stay for work or team sports! This is a pet-free comfortable place to stay and relax! Out of respect for our many guests with allergies we don't allow pets, service or comfort animals. A $1400 cleaning fee will apply if this condition is breached. Security cameras are in place for our mutual protection.

The space
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this half duplex is all yours for the length of your stay. Its 1500 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and two separate living areas provide plenty of for a large or small group. There is ample parking for vehicles and trailers front and back as well as a single car heated garage. Strictly pet-free, so your allergies won't bother you here!

Use of the laundry facilities and single car garage are included in the cost of your stay. Out back there is ample room for additional parking for trucks and trailers, and toys of various descriptions!

Neighbourhood highlights

Located on Highway 43, Mayerthorpe is an excellent place to stop for a break between the Edmonton area and Grand Prairie and Beyond. It's also an excellent and inexpensive home base for those snowmobiling forays in the Whitecourt area! Bringing your team to a tournament in the area? Teams love our spacious accommodation with two large screen TV'S in two separate very comfortable living areas!
