Very private charming villa with panoramic sea and mountain views, Altea bay, and up to Benidorm. It consists of 1 large living room, equipped kitchen, 4 large air-conditioned rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very large garden (4.000m2), swimming pool, terraces, closed garage and parking for 2-3 cars. Very quiet neighborhood and 5 minutes from the village, 10 from the beaches and 7 from the Golf Don Cayo. Cleaning & laundry fee 150€ to pay at arrival.

It is forbidden to smoke in the villa as well as to make BBQ due to fire risks due to drought. A gas plancha is at your disposal.
The gardener and the pool man go once a week for the maintenance.
