This home is a remodeled townhouse with great public transportation and easy access via I-35 to downtown Austin. Pet- and familiy friendly!

Handmade clay tiles and stylish interiors make this home one of a kind. The private condo is owned by local tile artists in a buzzing and diverse neighborhood very close to the entertainment hub Domain, Austin's tech campuses, Q2 Stadium, local breweries, and a variety of green spaces and parks.

The space
The cozy home is stylish and bright, with skylights and high ceilings bringing in tons of natural light. Pets and families are welcome!

The space can sleep up to 6 people: There is a queen size bed in each of the 2 bedrooms, and a sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the open TV area. The outdoor patio is ideal to unwind. Guests have access to the condominium pool.

Great amenities: The open kitchen is fully equipped, and, together with the inviting dining area, perfect for groups and families to gather. Plus, we offer fresh locally roasted coffee, coffee grinder and a french press, as well as tea and drinking water. Full-sized refrigerator plus freezer, large microwave and gas stove are great for storing groceries and preparing meals.

Work Station: High-speed internet available throughout. Stylish desk and office chair are located in the downstairs living area.

The upstairs full bathroom features a walk-in shower. There is a half-bathroom downstairs. Guests will find all essential cosmetics and cleaners, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board.

The laundry area includes an energy-efficient washer and dryer as well as laundry detergent and fabric softener.

The home is located in a private subdivision.

Garage: you can park one vehicle in the private garage. Please know that I store my motorcycles in that garage as well. The max vehicle length that fits the garage is 218 inches.
