There’s AC and a ceiling fan, but often, depending on the time of year, the gentle breeze is all you need to stay comfortable.

Enjoy a nice-sized kitchen area to prepare basic meals at home. There’s a refrigerator/freezer, two-burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, as well as a BBQ. There’s a two-seater table inside for enjoying a meal, but that can also double as a desk if needed.

There’s a two-piece bathroom with a toilet and sink inside and an outdoor shower on the patio. (with hot water - don't worry!)

You’ll have high-speed internet throughout the property, which makes working from home or on a sun chair on the dock a breeze!

I spend too much time: laughing.. but can you really do that?
Life Motto? Keep doing it until it stops being fun!! We moved down to TCI with two babies in 1999. We started our love affair with the Caribbean when we got married and took a year off to sail from Toronto to the Bahamas. When we returned to Canada, we got "real" jobs, but spent every vacation chartering sailboats throughout the Caribbean. We realized the hustle and bustle of city life was not for us... and here we are today.
