Quiet clean place , new flooring , new mattress , new paint , new bed sheets . You can use the kitchen ,and the living room downstairs . Two thinks up front :

THERE IS 20$ up charge for second person and 20 for every person after.
There is 20$ cleaning fees after every guest no exceptions
