This fully remodeled 5 bedroom house with 4 full bathrooms sleeps 10 people and is located 2.5 blocks off of the beach in Central Jaco. You will be walking distance everywhere and just a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, night life, & restaurants. The house is located in the Ultra-Safe gated community of Sol Dorado with 24 hr security.

Located in the heart of Jaco Beach, our quiet home has an authentic beachy-vibe and is located in the extremely safe and guest friendly gated community of Sol Dorado. With 5 bedrooms, 6 air conditioners, and 4 full bathrooms this house is equipped to handle families and large groups of up to 10 people. Rest easy knowing you are getting the best deal in Jaco. If you find a similar property at a better price we will let us know and we will beat it. Please note that the pool that is shown is the Sol Dorado Community Pool which is only 100 ft from your door and is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach.

After living in Costa Rica for over 11 years, we are happy to share with you our favorite local spots, as well as some of our most favorite, hidden-gem adventure outings!

Aspects you will love:
- The price: With 5beds/4baths and 6 powerful AC's we are confident you are getting the best value in Jaco and will beat any price if you can find it.
- Privacy: This five bedroom house includes three "Master Suite" Bedrooms which include their own private bathrooms. Other rentals than can accommodate large groups often only have two or 3 bedrooms. It is not fun trying to get 10 people ready to go out with 2 showers.
- Walk Everywhere: You are located in the Heart of Jaco and can walk everywhere if you would like. You are a 4 minute walk or 1000 ft / 300m from a grocery store and a 8 min walk walk or 2000 ft / 600m from the Beach. Uber works in Jaco as well as taxis and it is around $2 to get almost everywhere in Jaco.
- Each room has their own powerful AC and there are 6 total AC's in the house.
- There is great side yard with a grill that is perfect for having a BBQ or sun tanning in private.
- Stackable washer and dryer.
- High speed internet with 200 MBS speed. This is fast enough to stream on multiple televisions while holding video conference calls for work.
- Work from home setup with 24” curved monitor (connects by USBC), keyboard, and mouse setup with a nice computer desk and chair.
- 6 wall mounted smart TV's with cable and Netflix.
- Ultrasafe gate communicated with 24 hour security and security cameras. Guests are welcome and just need to bring their ID to check in with the guard.
- 3 bedroom hotel style safes.
- Easy lock box check in.
- Sol Dorado is a guest friendly neighborhood for friends and family, but prostitution will not be allowed.


Things to know before booking:
- ***If you look at an ariel map you will see Jaco is surrounded by Green Jungle and in the jungle there many beautiful things but there are also bugs. You can expect the house to be meticulously cleaned and look just like the pictures when you arrive, but we want to let you know there is a chance you will see a few bugs. Most likely they will be dead and on the floor as there is nothing to eat in once they sneak into the house when a door is left open. Every house in Jaco deals with this. If this is a big deal then booking a condo 4 stories above the ground will minimize this.
- This house is not small but it is also not a 5 bedroom mansion. It is 1600 sqft (160 m2).
- The house does not have a back yard as that is where two large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were added. However, there is a great neighborhood park that is 50 ft away If you are looking to play with your kids somewhere other than the beach or pool.
- As the photo's show the house does not have a huge kitchen, but it is upgraded in every area that counts. It has brand new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a huge refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, gas stove, and a dishwasher.

**** Please note that Sol Dorado is a family friendly gated community. If you are interested in a bachelor party type of trip with prostitution and loud parties then a hotel would be better suited. We want you to have fun and enjoy the house but please keep the noise to where no one can hear you from the street past 10 pm.

Sol Dorado is a super safe and friendly gated community in the heart of Jaco. There is 24 hour security and the neighborhood is well managed by our HOA. You are more than welcome to bring guests to the neighborhood as long as they check in with the guard with an ID. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a great time but please remember this is a neighborhood where people live and work with 10pm noise rules.

Originally a Colorado Native (go Broncos), I visited Costa Rica on vacation and simply fell in love with this place and Jaco in particular. Jaco had such a perfect combination of weather, surf, beach, jungle, fishing, and nightlife that my one week trip ended up taking me 11 years! Along the way I have surfed some of the best waves in the world, became a world record spearfishermen, owned a boat, bought and crashed several ATVs, and laid my eyes on countless beautiful waterfalls. But even more important than the adventures is I have met some truly amazing people and can confidently say that Costa Rican's are the happiest and friendliest people on the planet. As far as my background I went to Colorado State University and graduated in Mechanical Engineering. I work doing various types of engineering work and currently my work has me in Hawaii on the island of Kauai. While I do love Hawaii did you know that it has almost zero wildlife?! I often find myself missing the true jungle and still come back to Costa Rica often. Whether you stay at our place or not I am always happy to help offer advice on stuff to do or help you find something fun. One quote I like to live by is....
