The space
Maya's Bajan Villas Inc. is a two story villa self catering short/long term luxury rental property located in Maxwell, Ch. Ch. Barbados.
The villa has 2 separate apartment units that can rent independantly or in combination. Prices indicated are based on a per villa unit rate.
Villa "A" (Main Floor) can accomodate 5 persons. Villa "B (Second Floor) can accomodate 8 persons.

Laundry, BBQ, Private Backyard, Parking for 4 cars, Outdoor covered shower, large backyard for play area, every room 2 story villa has it's own private covered patio. 2 Kids carseats (1 toddler, 1 booster-extra charge), 2 pack n play beds for infants, front infant/baby carrier,infant toddler back carrier.

Travelling to Barbados for almost 40 years tells you enough. Many things may have changed over the years however, the undeniable true characteristics that have remained are the people and culture of Barbados. They are second to none. Salt of the earth. Being located directly on the ocean did not interest us very much. Do not get us wrong, the beaches and the ocean beauty are second to none in the caribbean but to truly experience the sweetness of Barbados is to experience it directly within the bajan culture. Choosing a property that allowed us to mix with the locals and live with the locals was paramount in our property purchase

ZR Vans, Taxis and Bus service is a 5 minute walk down the street. You can easily walk 2 blocks to a beautiful private beach. 15 minutes in each direction along the main coastal road to the quaint yet nocturnally vibrant Oistens, or the cool St. Lawrence Gap. You are in the heart of Barbados.

On site you can enjoy the comforts of home with laundry, clean off your salt and sand with an outdoor shower, and kick up your feet on expansive patio spaces or open concept living. Waking up for a morning walk to the beach and being greeted by the locals 100% of the time is heartwarming. A local pub, Oistens Fish Market, and their famous Friday night Fish Fry, a grocery store, are all steps away. The St. Lawrence Gap is only a 15 minute walk away.

Other things to note
Upon official booking and successful payment through Airbnb, guests will be required to provide an email to the owner. The owner will send them the official contract for them to fill out, sign and send back in digital format. Owner will send information regarding a map to the villa and property manager contact info for access to the villa upon their arrival Guests will be required to notify the property manager at least 2 weeks prior to their arrival to confirm flight arrival information.
