Gavin was incredibly responsive to questions before & during the visit to his beautiful villa. Great views of ocean from all floors and the large patio & veranda. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Villa was in great condition. Separate Air Cond unit in each room...all worked very well. Dominical is a few min away and has all you would need. Full grocery market in Uvita (~10 min). Highly recommend this villa and Gavin as owner/host!

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful view of the ocean and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beach is within walking distance (right across the road) and close to the very cool town of Dominical . We would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended! This place is nothing less than stunning. As advertised, this villa has an outstanding view overlooking a bay where you can sit on the patio and watch the sunsets. The beach that you see, which is very close and across the street, was excellent for our family with young kids. The house is very comfortable with strong, but easily adjustable A/C in all rooms, and high-end furnishings and appliances. The security guards were friendly and professional. Gavin was quick to respond to our questions and thorough in his friendly responses. The house is located in a place you would want to have a car because public transportation is limited. The hill to the villa is steep and rough enough that 4x4 is nice, but not essential. We found the location to be fairly ideal. While not easy walking to the beach (the steep hill), it is easy driving distance to many including Dominicalito (3 min), Dominical- a small town with nice restaurants and an organic food store(5 min), Hermosa (7 min) Uvita (10 min), and Manuel Antonio-beautiful beaches (30-40 min) to name a few. We took an excellent boat tour from Uvita, and although we didn’t see any whales, we did have lots of dolphins swimming right next to our boat. We had a wonderful time here!
