This area is easy to get around.
Beautiful newly renovated house in the prestigious heritage district downtown St Catharines. My house is walking distance to all the great amenities downtown has to offer such as: restaurants/bars on St Paul street, First Ontario Performing Arts Centre, and the Meridian Centre which is home to the Niagara Ice Dogs, Niagara River Lions and many big name concerts. Also walking distance to Montebello Park which is known for the famous Niagara Grape and Wine festival, Rib Fest and much more!

The space
Enjoy the entire place to yourself! This is a newly renovated 2 story house with finished living space, bedrooms, bathroom, and upstairs laundry. 2 bedrooms (1 King 1 Double), living space with gas fireplace and open concept kitchen. 2.5 bathrooms, 1 couch and 1 love seat. Large 150 square foot deck overlooking the gorgeous ravine. Kitchen includes all basic utensils (pots, pans, cutlery etc). The entire home has central heating and air conditioning. This is perfect for couples, friends/family get togethers as is located in a very prestigious area downtown St Catharines.

There is free parking on the street. You will be given a code prior to your arrival for the lockbox. The entire house is for you to enjoy.

Neighbourhood highlights

Located on a beautiful ravine lot in the heritage district. The neighbourhood is a quiet and upscale. Extremely close to downtown where there is endless amounts of things to enjoy. Restaurants, bars, performing arts theatre, concerts, OHL Hockey games, basketball games etc all walking distance from my neighbourhood.
