Other things to note
Few notes about my home.

In the interest of full disclosure my place does overlook the skytrain track so expect some noise from the trains when they go by. The level of noise from the trains can vary depending on the time of year/how recently the city has done maintenance on the tracks.

It's typically not crazy loud but something to be aware of if you're sensitive to that sort of thing. Especially during the summer when you'll likely have windows open.

I do not have air conditioning. My place is south facing so expect it to get warm in the summer. I have multiple fans in my place to help out with that.

I have NETFLIX and Amazon Prime TV but don't have cable tv.

This is my home so you can expect to come across my personal effects while staying here. Don't worry, I'll clear out a section of my closet for you :)

Neighbourhood highlights

Officially called Crosstown, my neighbourhood is central between Gastown, downtown, and the Olympic Village. There are soooo many great little cafes/restaurants/cocktail lounges nearby that I love checking out.

You're also only 300 meters from the Vancouver Seawall (which takes you around Stanley Park), probably one of the best places in the city to go for a run/bike/walk.
