Enjoy the charm of this totally refurbished house. Living room open to an outdoor lawn with fireplace and TV. Large room with a double bed. In the anteroom has a bed and a sofa bed, both single. Computer desk. Internet. Two leisure areas, one with pure water fountain and barbecue and another with place for bonfire. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with blindex. Seasonal fruits can be consumed on the foot!  It is 12 km of land from the city center and 5 km from the Matutu Valley.

The space
The house is simple and super comfortable, with everything you need for unforgettable days of rest. It has solar heating for hot water in all taps, fireplace, barbecue and Smartv 39", with Netflix, YouTube and Prime. The kitchen is well equipped, with pots, crockery, cutlery and other utensils. We leave salt and some seasonings to help you in the flavors. Next to the kitchen, a flowerbed with herbs for teas and extra spices. The room is on the mezzanine and is very large. It has a double bed, a corner with vitrola and LPs, place to accommodate your bags and a desk for the computer. The internet works well. From the bed you can see the stunning Parrot Stone. From the room, which opens onto a delicious lawn, you can also admire this beautiful mountain, Aiuruoca's trademark. In the anteroom has a sofa bed and a single bed, which accommodate people who are not bothered by the light when they wake up. Ground fire for a bonfire on starry nights. In the orchard above there is another leisure area, where you can have a barbecue and take a refreshing shower in a fountain of pure water. Seasonal fruits can be consumed on the foot!
