Loft apARTment is located in Via Carducci, in the city centre close to the river, 5 minutes walk from the main spots: Piazza Erbe, Juliet's house, Roman Theatre, Archeological Museum, Giardino Giusti (wonderful Italian Reinassance garden), Ponte Pietra (ancient roman stone bridge) San Pietro Hill (with the beautiful belvedere).

The space
The apartment is an open space of 90 m2.

Composed of entrance, large bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with TV (48") sofa bed (200 x 140 cm), bookcase that divides the living area from the sleeping area.

The structure and the apartment were built in 2016. Modern structure equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, heating with touch thermostat, fast wifi internet, motorized shutters, skylight open and close with remote control). The apartment is located on the first floor with lift. It particularly overlooks a courtyard so it is quiet. Elegantly furnished and decorated.

Parking on the second underground floor (length 5 meters x width 2.4 meters x 2.18h) only for small cars (FIAT 500 / WV POLO) as the access ramp is not wide and access for a medium car /large is very difficult. Access to the private car park is controlled by video surveillance for everyone's safety.

The bed in the sleeping area is large and comfortable with a memory foam mattress. 160x200 cm. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a bed for 1 person (1 adult or 2 children). Measures 200x140 cm.
