Ramp access and walk in shower for those less able

Quiet, rural position yet just off a main route.

Ideal for anyone wanting to visit the Gibraltar Point, Frieston Shore or Frampton Marsh nature reserves or you can walk along the sea bank in to Boston, approx 8 miles away and Skegness, approx 12 miles away.

Lovely pub at the end of the lane serving tasty food, two villages close by with Co-Op, Post Office, fish & chip shop, takeaway, 2 more pubs and 2 churches.

Free Wi-Fi available.

The space
The annex is completely self contained with it’s own key which can be accessed from a keysafe so no contact needed. Gas central heating and hot water. All bed linen and towels provided. Basic cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and cutlery. Table top electric oven with hob and grill. Microwave. Kettle. Toaster. TV with DVD. Radio. Clothing rails. Sockets have USB points. Free Wi-Fi. Parking on the drive. We would accept 1 or 2 well-behaved dogs (kept off the beds please!). They can be exercised in the front garden (be aware it isn’t fully secured) and you would be welcome to arrange to take them in to our paddock area for a run (please clean up after them). We have our own dogs and also racing pigeons so any visitors dogs must be kept under control please

Where you’ll be

Old Leake, England, United Kingdom

We are in a spot midway between two villages. As well as the village shops and pubs, there is a farm shop, tea room/craft shop and cafe.

Sheepgate Equestrian Centre - 2 miles.

Boston - 8 miles, a stack of history, including the Pilgrim Fathers monument, the Maud Foster windmill, the Guildhall, St. Botolph’s Church (The Stump), Blackfriars Theatre & Arts Centre and the We’ll Meet Again WWII Museum.

Lincolnshire Wildlife Park - 4 miles.

Sibsey Trader Windmill and tearoom - 5 miles.

Skegness - 12 miles, with typical British seaside entertainment including Natureland, Skegness Aquariam and The Embassy Theatre as well as great stretches of beach. Lots of lovely quieter beaches stretching up the East coast too....Chapel St Leonard’s (with a fabulous new North Sea Observatory), Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe

Fantasy Island, Ingoldmells - 17 miles

Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre - 13 miles.

Tattersall Lakes Water Park - 18 miles

Cadwell Park - 30 miles.

There are three great nature reserves closeby, Gibraltar Point, Frieston Shore and Frampton Marsh, all giving opportunities to see so many birds on the saltmarshes...terns, skylarks etc. In autumn flocks of waders can be seen and in winter brent geese, shorelark, snow bunting, redwing and fieldfare. Birdwatchers Paradise! A little further away to Donna Nook seal sanctuary

And don’t forget the vast, open dark skies for the Stargazers.....
