Excellent apartment located in the tourist area of Cartagena, an excellent place to have the best holidays with family and friends. You can enjoy the beach, beautiful meetups on the spacious balcony and pools. It has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Just 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the historic center of the city, with many transport options.

The space
To keep in mind: From February 23, 2025, each guest must make the payment of the access handle at the time of registration at the reception, it has a value of $15,000 Colombian pesos per person and the payment methods are: debit card and credit card or QR. Cash payments are not accepted.

The apartment located on the 3rd floor of Edificio Morros 3, has all the amenities to accommodate up to 8 people.

Once the reservation is confirmed, you must provide the following information to be able to authorize your entry into the building: (NAME and SURNAME, DOCUMENT NUMBER, RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE number, EMAIL ADDRESS and CITY)

NO CHANGES, ADDITIONS and/OR ALTERATIONS AFTER SENDING the GUEST LIST.

This information must be submitted with (2) two days' notice, and they will be at the building's front desk when they arrive. They only need to provide their ID in person.

They will be provided with a wrist band that will identify them as guests of the building. They must wear the  handle  during their stay so that they can enter and leave the building without problem, we do it for safety in the Building.  

I must also state that no visitors are accepted, only those registered in advance in the list of guests.  

Our guests can enjoy the social areas of the building (swimming pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym) at the hours established by the building regulations which is From 9 am to 7 pm.

Other things to note
The building is located in the north of the city. Share the same beach line as some of the most prestigious hotels such as Las Americas, Holiday Inn Morros, Sonesta.
