A small studio apartment located within a larger structure, consisting of an elegant and modern room, equipped with every comfort: heating, air conditioning, wifi, a smart flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is small but well-equipped: refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook.

The space
This new and comfortable studio, recently renovated, is located at the gates of the historic center of Florence but in a quiet place, in Via Cittadella, near the S. M. Novella and the stops of the T2 Vespucci Line of the subway tram that connects the city center with Amerigo Vespucci airport. 500–600 meters away there is also the Fortezza da Basso, today's venue for conferences and trade fairs of national and international importance.
The property has four other studio apartments that can be rented with similar characteristics.
