Escape to the serenity of this adorably tiny A-Frame in the peaceful hills of the Finger Lakes! Watch for deer outside of your doorstep and fall asleep to the sounds of the creek behind you. Quaint and cozy, this is the perfect place to rest and recharge after a day of exploring all the area has to offer.

The space
This simplistic glamping A-Frame has a cozy queen bed and beautiful one-of-a-kind woodwork. A built-in wall heater will keep you warm on chilly nights. A 1-2 minute walk will take you to the bath house which features two separate bathrooms with composting toilets and luxurious showers. When it's time to socialize, come on up to the main Lodge where you will find Wifi, complementary coffee, tea and cold drinks, our Hygge-style library loft, and plenty of space to mingle, relax, read or recharge.

Guest access
As a Tiny House guest, you have access to the full 135 acre property, pond, fire pit, and common areas of the newly renovated main Lodge including a large great room with wood burning stove, covered patio with outdoor kitchen, and hygge-style library loft.

Other things to note
This is a fully vegan property, so we ask that guests refrain from bringing in any animal food products (meat, dairy, etc). We also allow no firearms and no smoking on the premises.

Our check-in policy is strict. Late check-ins cannot be accommodated. Please ensure your travel plans will enable you to arrive between 3:00 and 7:00pm.

Winter reservations may have limited access to water in the event that the water line freezes. This would only impact sink and shower water supply.

My husband, Matt, and I moved to this beautiful property and home in Upstate New York in 2017. We had been looking for the perfect set up for us for years while dreaming of getting away from city life. We come from very different backgrounds, but have found a common passion in Veganism. We love to create plant-based meals, advocate for animals, have meaningful conversations with our guests, and hang out with our rescued dogs, ducks and chickens. We hope to continue to create a beautiful space to bring like-minded people together to spread the joy of compassion and consciousness. We are so grateful for our Airbnb experience which has introduced us to some incredible people we otherwise would likely have never crossed paths with.
