Urine stains were found on the walls as well as fur per our cleaning crew after your stay; so the 5th guest (your pet) was indeed either present or the other human guests were doing some pretty bad things in the unit. Photos were taken before and after your stay as well as documentation proving that the unit had been subject to a deep clean by a professional cleaner prior to your stay. We have had 2 different cleaning crews come by to deep clean the unit including one specifically for upholstery for the damages caused by your stay.
Regarding payment, Airbnb had asked us to contact you since your credit card had been overdrawn.
Regarding additional contact, per our welcome message, you and your guests were free to contact me via message or via phone in case of any issue with the unit. When you first moved in, you mentioned that the unit was "very comfortable". Had you let me know you had trouble parking, I would have advised you park on 117th where the spots are typically empty. Similarly for the cookware, I noticed that the majority had not been used and were stashed way in the back of one of the cupboards; you would have found the wok, frying pans, roasting pans, rice cooker, sauce pans, soup tureen and BBQ tools. Because of your feedback, we have relocated them all to a front drawer so that they are easier to find.
Thanks for letting us know about the chipped plates, these have since been replaced. These were not charged to you.
