Lunenburg's UNESCO World Heritage District is a very special place. Movie producers seek it out because of its authentic architectural fabric and old world charm. It is within a 'stone's throw' of an historic waterfront (home of the Bluenose), several cafes, restaurants, and small, independent shops. The Rosebay is close to restaurants, cafes, the harbor, museums, shops, public tennis courts, and an 18-hole golf course.
