This large 1 Bedroom apartment is fully furnished. Linen supplied. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. 1 Queen Size Bed ± 1 Double Bed ± 2 self inflating single mattresses for groups who wish to save and even more. Washer & Dryer on the floor.

The apartment is in the heart of the City Center, surrounded by cheap eating places. Biggest shopping arcades, malls, groceries stores Woolworths and Coles are in just in 2 minutes walking distance. Free public transport is just outside the building.
Secure Key-card Access. Keycard needs to be left INSIDE the apartment on checkout. Key card can be collected between 1.00pm -6.00pm. Special arangements need to be made after these hours.
Intercom outside the building can call apartment by pressing apartment number 506.
Remember you can always call or SMS the host . I'm also available 24/7 on What's App. You will always be helped.
Interaction with guests
The host will "meet and greet" the guest when the check in is on normal check in time. Alternatively, we leave it with building security guard for late check in. Please leave Key Card Inside the apartment at Check Out.
The host does not live or visit the apartment during your stay unless you contact him.
Other things to note
Please Make sure you leave the Key Card on the table inside the apartment when you leave. Empty the rubbish and shut the lights, Thank you.
1. Please empty rubbish regularly by taking it out of the apartment.
The door next to the lift on the same floor has garbage chute.
You will see a small steel door with an handle on the wall. That's it
2. Please leave the access KEY CARD on the table INSIDE the apartment when you check out.
3. NO smoking in the apartment or inside the building. This is standard all over Australia. Smoking is allowed outside the foyer as you walk out of the glass doors.
4. Shut OFF all the lights, Unplug all electrical appliances, like toasters and heater.
