The Provemont Perch is a lovely ranch house in the center of Leelanau County, right in the beautiful village of Lake Leelanau (formerly known as Provemont). The space is perfect for a family stay, wedding, business trip, or bachelor/bachelorette party.

With the added perks of being pet-friendly and smoker-friendly, we work extra hard to keep the place clean and fresh between each stay.

The space
This unit is a comfortable and versatile two-bedroom, one-bath space, with a large living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and attached two-car garage.

In warmer weather, our outside area includes a back deck with a nice view, campfire pit, and fenced-in dog run.

We welcome all members of your family or party, including Fido and anyone who smokes. Our cleaning crew works very hard at making sure the area is kept fresh, clean, and sanitized. All the beds/linens are stripped and washed, the surfaces sanitized, and floors cleaned between each group of guests.

It is important to us that every guest feel welcomed and comfortable. Feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or special requests.

Where you’ll be

Lake Leelanau, Michigan, United States

The Perch is located in a quiet little corner of the village of Lake Leelanau.
The house is set on the last street before the outskirts of town. It is within the town speed limits, on a quiet side street about 150ft off a county backroad. It is a nice walk in town to a new brewery, a distillery, a coffeeshop, two wineries, four restaurants, gas station, grocery store, and two bait shops. .There are also two boat launches in town which access Lake Leelanau, the largest inland lake in Leelanau County, as well as one of the largest in the state.

The village of Lake Leelanau (which was called Provemont when it was first founded) is only a five-minute drive from the towns of Suttons Bay and Leland, both great spots for restaurants, beaches, and shopping, as well as access to one of the Great Lakes, Lake Michigan. There are many wineries and beaches within a few mile radius. The Sleeping Bear National Park Dune Climb (voted Most Beautiful Place in America by Good Morning America a few years ago) is a 25-minute drive south, and the Grand Traverse Lighthouse in Northport is 30 minutes north. In the meantime, you'll drive beautiful winding roads with woods, farms, vineyards, orchards, small towns, and sparkling water to admire.
