This place is a hidden gem in an urban neighborhood that is only a few miles away from the State Capitol of California. It is located near the major shopping centers, Safeway, etc. Less than a mile away is Smart and Final, Ross, and Planet Fitness. It is like living a quiet country life in a spacious, gated culdesac with big trees and great view of the sky, only a few miles from UC Davis Medical Center, and other hospitals, and close to Downtown. Too much to describe here.

The space
This house is unique as it was built to give that Colonial feeling, vaulted ceilings in the Living room, fireplace, etc. Granite countertop in the kitchen, natural wood table and chairs in the dining room, large spacious windows to brighten the place. The room is suitable for anyone, especially a student or a working professional with office chair, nice desk, and several dressers, large closet, a twin bed, bedsheets and various blankets in the closet to make one comfortable. Best of all is that it is so close to downtown yet so quiet that you can hear the wind in the trees or the birds singing.

Where you’ll be

Sacramento, California, United States

The house is locate in the Laurence Park Neighborhood, with Laurence Park only about two streets away. Families, couples, and individuals are seen walking the dog, biking, walking or jogging on the street in the morning or in the evening. There are lots of trees but plenty of open sky to see the beautiful sunrise, or sunset. There are bus stops on the street only walking distance, and a nice, cozy library at the end of the street called "Colonial Heights Library". Walking on this street you will notice some older houses with lots of character and history, like the brick house about 3 doors down, or a big town house across the street from it.
