You can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and deck in our cozy oceanfront upper cottage. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage on the top floor of our duplex. Our cottage is ocean front and on the quieter south end of the prom in Seaside. Restaurants, shopping and golf within short 1 - 2 block walking distance.

You will have access to your own apartment within the duplex and your own private oceanfront deck with panoramic views of the ocean.

Our home is on the ocean on the south end of the prom in Seaside. In a short 2 block walk you will find one of our favorite cafe's the Osprey Cafe, Hamilton Market, Seaside Golf Course and coming soon, Billy Mac's Pub. You can walk right out the front door and onto the beach with a popular surfing spot called the Cove to the south or ride bikes or stroll along the Prom and head to Broadway which is the main part of town. In a short walk down the prom you will find candy shops, galleries, arcades and much more to explore. Please read our Welcome Letter that we send you upon confirmation which will give you a list of our favorite local spots to enjoy.
