Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Master unit studio located in the very desired West Sedona area. 1 block away from National Forest. The Studio is connected to the main house, but is separated via a double wall and has no shared spaces. There are 3 Trail heads within walking distance and the Stupa is only 1 block away. The studio is also located close to restaurants and grocery stores and is private with NO shared spaces. Also, there is a “Smart” TV for movie streaming I.E. Netflix, but no cable tv.

The space
This is ideally located for guests that desire to be away from the tourist mobs, but still conveniently located near hiking trails and restaurants. Also suitable for longer stays wanting to visit the Grand Canyon.

This is a private space with its own private outdoor area and parking.

Other things to note
This is a studio apartment that is attached to the main house, but completely separated.

There are also Exterior security cameras for guests’ and owner’s accountability and safety. No cameras on the inside of the listing.
