An oasis in the heart of the city. Relax in this sunny suite on the top floor of a century-old house. This is a 2-bedroom with a breakfast room that leads to a cantilever deck overlooking a park. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the sunrise and sunset. Take a leisurely bath while watching the stars through a skylight. Note, that the bath has a shower head for taking showers.
The space
This is a bright, sunny, South-facing attic space on the top floor of a renovated Victorian. It has two spacious bedrooms or one of the rooms can be used as a separate den and office space. The breakfast area leads out to a cantilever deck with views to the East, West and South and it overlooks an expansive park.
Every room has large windows with views of trees and the sky. Take a bath while watching clouds drift by or the stars by night. This space immediately invites a sense of calm.

This is one of the top neighbourhoods to live in and visit in Toronto. We are located 15 minutes from the downtown centre by car or by public transit. The neighbourhood has fabulous places to eat along Ossington street, College street and Dundas street.
We are a 15-minute walk to Queen street with unique shops and restaurants, Kensington market with funky food and vintage clothing markets, China Town, the University of Toronto, and the Annex area and Bloor street with independent cinemas.
We are within walking distance or a short drive to the city's best parks-Dufferin Grove Park, Trinity Bellwoods Park and High Park. The parks have skating, tobogganing, unleashed dog trails, and weekly organic markets. Trinity Bellwoods has a community centre with an indoor pool.
