This house is a quaint coastal cottage located on the beautiful South Puget Sound. A quiet space with beach access. Watch ships and boats on the water and wildlife in the yard.
Located 4 miles to downtown Olympia/ I- 5.

The space
Our place is close to several marinas that have live music in the summer and offer kayak and standup paddle board rentals. We also have several great waterfront parks close by where you can hike and beach comb.
Our cottage is a perfect location for enjoying nature or for enjoying downtown Olympia activities such as Harbor Days, Wooden Boat Days, and Olympia Farmers Market. We are happy to share with you any local activities that are coming up around your stay.
We are 60 miles from Seattle and 100 miles from Portland. So much to do and see. Great location if you are planning day trips. Boston Harbor Marina, Burfoot Park and Priest Point Park are close. Great locations for beach combing/hiking/picnicking. Olympia offers great restaurants, waterfront activities, Oly Farmers Market, Children's Museum.

With in 4 mile circle of the cottage we have:

-Boston Harbor Marina (approx. 2 miles)
*Kayak and Stand Up Paddle Board rentals
*Live music Friday nights and Brunch on Sundays (In the Summer months)
*Small marina store with patio seating and sandy beach to sit and play. Enjoy cold drinks and soft serve ice-cream cones. Enjoy lunch/dinner at dock side eatery as well.

-Burfoot Park(approx. 1 mile)
50 acres of property with 1,100 feet of saltwater beach frontage.
Great walking trails, children's play area, lovely open space beach combing and beach walking/playing. Beautiful views of the sound.

-Priest Point Park (approx. 3 miles)
314 acres with saltwater beach frontage and views of the State Capital Building.
Great trails, beach walking, rose garden, great children's play area.

Chehalis Western Trail/ Woodard Bay Trail Head (approx. 2 miles)
21.2 miles of paved old railroad bed. It has been converted to a bicycle and walking/running path. It intersects with the 14.5 mile Yelm-Tenino Trail and the 4.7 mile Karen Fraser Woodland Trail.

Olympia Farmers Market (approx. 4 miles)
Over 100 Market vendors. Located in beautiful downtown Olympia along the waterfront and Port of Olympia. The market is open year around. (Hours during the COVID crisis are reduced to Saturday and Sunday)

Olympia Waterfront
Percival Landing is one of Olympia's three waterfront parks and is on Budd Bay. The landing includes a 0.9 mile board walk. The park includes:
