Interaction with guests

We only respond to guests inquiries, emergency calls if any, by email mostly. We do not call the guest unless there is an emergency, we believe a guest who is vacationing needs to be left alone to enjoy themselves.

Things to Know and Do
1. Check-In time is after 3:00 P.M. (Early Check-Ins Not Allowed)
2. Check-Out time 10:00 A.M. (No Late Check-Outs)
3. This is a Non-Smoking Unit
4. No Pets are permitted in the unit.
5. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless
accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
6. The unit sleeps four people. There is an additional $20/day per person charge for more
than three people staying in the unit. Owner may, at owner’s discretion, accept and
charge an additional $20/day per person.
7. Keep screen doors closed at all times. (They keep desert insects out. Although harmless,
they can be annoying).
8. No damage is done to unit or its contents. Pictures are taken by crew immediately after
check-out.
9. No charges are incurred due to contraband, Pets or collection of rents or services
rendered during the stay.
10. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in
the dishwasher and cleaned.
11. No linens are lost, damaged or stained.
12. All lights, Air Condition, Heating unit, BBQ Propane tank is turned off. Inflatable
Mattress is deflated (if Used) and placed in its box, and returned to closet shelf.
13. Main Water to unit is Shut-Off at check-out Main Water Switch is located to the left of
the entry door, pull lever in a perpendicular position with the water line. To open upon
arrival push lever to parallel position with main water line.
14. Empty all personal items from closets and drawers. Owner is not responsible for
personal items left behind.
15. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
16. Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.
17. Some Cleaning supplies are provided for daily use solely for convenience. Granite
countertops and Stainless Steel appliances need only damp towels to be cleaned in the
absence of special cleaners for such. Do not use Steel Wool on Appliances.

Marc made it very easy to communicate with us. Prior to arrival email and text messages answered most of our questions. Upon arrival we had one question that Marc answered by phone in an immediate manner. Our location was central to the greater Palm Springs area and made it easy for us to get around. My wife particularly enjoyed the comfortable furniture. Since she has a bad back she really liked the rocker-recliner.

Communication with Marc was easy and reassuring. Once we opened the doors everything was a smooth, seamless stay. The house was very clean and well kept when we arrived, beds were comfortable. We had a party of 6 and it was more than enough space to accommodate us. The entire area around the property was very nice and secure, gave us a lot of comfort in leaving our belongings behind.

The condo was so warm and inviting. Marc did a great job of including all of the creature comforts that we would have wanted like an ironing board and a washer/dryer. We loved the location and loved the ease of everything. Security was top notch and we felt like we could stay for many more days. Wonderful place right in the center of it all!
