Our Little Red House (about 45 square meters) is a cozy and comfortable place best suitable for 2 persons but also ideal for a small family. The fabulous location with its view on the gracht and the park makes it unbeatable. Just relax and enjoy!

The space
The small house, which has been completely renovated in 2012, has a nicely decorated living and dining room on the ground floor (about 25 square meters. The fully equipped kitchen(ette) includes a microwave-oven, gas stove and fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with a shower and toilet. Both bathroom and kitchen were fully renovated in Juli 2023. A typical Dutch steep red stairs leads to the bedroom on the second floor. Here you find a cosy bedroom with a double bed and additional washing facility (basin also renovated in July 2023).

The beautifully furnished house is ideal for 2 persons - however, it accommodates up to four people: there is an extra mattrass upstairs and the sofa downstairs can be converted into a comfortable double bed.
Pillows and (single) duvets are in the house. Bed linen and towels provided.
Double bed upstairs: two mattresses 90x200 cm;
Sofa bed downstairs: 140x200 cm.

Restaurants, shops and supermarket just a stone's throw away!

Guest access
As we use the Little House ourselves during the week, it is best booked on weekends or holidays.

NO long-term rentals.

Other things to note
We do not need an “Energy Label“ as our Little Red House is only approx. 45 m2 big.

From the upstairs window, one has a wonderful view on the gracht and the park: popular with young and old and a beautiful location where you can go for a walk, run or simply relax.
