Perfectly centralized for all your PEI adventures. Spend your time in the cozy loft reading, practice your golf swing, relax on the porch or chat at the fire pit. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6, with 2 additional twin beds in the loft. Self-check-in available. Wifi, full kitchen, AC, heat, washer/dryer. Available all seasons. Close to several local attractions and golf courses. July/August there is a seven night minimum stay.

The space
This cottage has everything you need for a vacation away. Comfortably sleeps 6 with available twin beds in the loft that can covert to a king size bed for up 2 additional guests. Note: there are extra costs for over 6 guests. There are extra amenities to make your stay special, like a fireplace and heated towel rack. There is a fire pit available on the site to use anytime as long as you are respectful with the noise. If you are with us during the winter you will likely be quite content relaxing inside by the fireplace.

You have access to the whole property inside and out. This is a 1.5 acre lot lined with mature trees. The cottage is about 50 meters from the road with lots of yard for children to play in. There is plenty of room for Frisbee or a game of catch. Golfers can practice putting and chipping before their round of golf.

Neighbourhood highlights

This is a country setting but is only 10 minutes from the shops in Cornwall including grocery, coffee, liquor, restaurants, pharmacies. There are 3 golf courses all within 10 minutes, Countryview, Glen Afton and Clyde River Golf Courses. The beach is close for a sunset stroll. These beaches aren't great for swimming but some people do swim. Additional beaches great for swimming are only a few minute drive away such as Canoe Cove.

We are originally from Saint John, NB and made PEI our home in 1997. We’ve lived in Rocky Point for 24 years now. We always loved making new memories with the kids on vacations and took the opportunity to build a rental cottage in 2018. We felt the excitement of opening the door for the first time and exploring the space sets the tone for the whole experience. As hosts we make sure this first moment in our Airbnb cottage is extra special and exciting.
