Ski Crotched Mountain, snow tube, hike, relax in the hot tub or by the fire pit at any one of the unique accommodations nestled in the woods and throughout 27 acres of water frontage on lovely Powder Mill Pond and the Contoocook River in Bennington, New Hampshire, just 1.5 hours from Boston in the legendary Monadnock Region. Fully equipped modernized Tiny House w kitchen, wifi, tv, private bath, tucked into a wooded setting overlooking the waterfall on river.

The space
Be it winter fun like cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and ice skating, or or summertime fun like swimming, fishing, boating, simply sunning, biking or spectacular fall foliage, bird watching or year round hiking, ...your tiny house experience lets you take time out to enjoy what nature has to offer to the fullest, right here in your new 27 acre backyard. A winter wonderland awaits you. Year round you can hike at any one of the 37 local hiking spots and trails, including the legendary Mount Monadnock, the number 1 climbed mountain in the world, just 30 minutes away with 40 trails and more than 100 breathtaking mountain vistas!. Downhill ski or board at Crotched Mountain Resort, only 5 minutes away and open until 1 am, or at Sunapee, or Pat's Peak, just 25 minutes away, where you can also go Snow Tubing until 10 pm! Snowmobile to the yurt, or along the trail which you can ride for miles, or to the nearby infamous Alberto's Restaurant. Cross country ski or snowshoe right right to your doorstep and at any of the nearby trails and facilities. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub under the stars.

Consider the Teeny Tiny House with your own private dock or reserve one of our 3 classic vintage campers, our boathouse and guest house suite set right on the pond with a private diving board and slide, a private safari tent with a wood burning stove set on the river, and/or coming soon, a "beached" refurbished 4 bunk 1940's boat with a large deck overlooking the sunsets.
